Product Introduction

This is a high-performance polyester staple fiber specifically designed for pillow and filling applications. Each parameter in its name represents a key characteristic:

• 15D (15 Denier) – A thicker fiber that provides excellent support and resilience, resisting collapse over time. Compared to fine denier fibers, 15D offers a firmer structural framework suitable for shape-retaining filling products.

• 32mm Length – A shorter fiber length facilitates the formation of a dense and uniform filling layer, providing a firm support feel in pillows while reducing the risk of fiber migration through fabric.

• Siliconized – The fiber surface is treated with silicone oil or resin, imparting excellent lubricity, softness, and anti-caking properties. The silicone treatment allows fibers to slide against each other, resulting in a bulkier, smoother fill with a down-like silky hand feel.

• Hollow Structure – The fiber has a hollow tubular core that traps a large volume of still air, significantly improving thermal insulation while reducing weight. The hollow structure also enhances compression resilience.

• Polyester Staple Fiber – Offers wash resistance, mildew resistance, quick drying, and shape retention, making it one of the most commonly used synthetic fibers for filling applications.
