Product Introduction

7D × 64mm Black Recycled Polyester Fiber is a high-performance synthetic staple fiber manufactured from post-consumer or post-industrial recycled PET materials. This fiber combines a medium-coarse denier with an extended staple length, featuring a deep black color achieved through dope-dyeing or masterbatch technology, which eliminates the need for additional dyeing processes and reduces water and energy consumption.

With a denier of 7D (medium-coarse fiber grade) and a cut length of 64mm, this fiber is specifically engineered for processing on woolen, semi-worsted, and non-woven systems. The black color offers excellent colorfastness and uniformity, making it ideal for applications where consistent dark tones are required.
